Lukas moves to Spain

Today Lukas an Marit left for Spain. Steve had moved down the week before to make the house ready. I drove then to the airport through a blistering snowstorm, but everything went OK. Marit had a lot of baggage, but still managed to keek Lukas happy.

Yesterday we had a farewell dinner for Lukas an Marit, together with Mette. Lukas enjoyed being taken care of by Mette.

Lukas has grow a lot the last month. He now is a little boy, smiling an "talking". We look forward to see Lukas, Steve and Marit in Tarifa in May.

Lukas loves water!

Finally Lukas is happy in his tummy-bath. He jumps and giggles and only cry when we take him out of the bath.

Mette's belly is also growing. It's an exciting time.

Two months of life!

Wow - Lukas is already two months. In one way we feel that we have known him forever, in another like he came yesterday. Anyway we are learning about each other and Lukas is good at teaching us how he wants to be treated. He loves his diaperchanging-corner (happy corner), he goes to sleep at 11pm and he likes the norwegian song "det snør, det snør" (it's snowing).

He loves being outside and also among people he can charm. He weighs 5470 gram and is still eating like crazy in the afternoon, but more concerned about discovering the world during the day. Bestemor (grandma Turid) and bestefar (grandpa Anders) have also been baby-sitting now and they reported he behaved like a little angel.

First babysit

Today Mormor watched Lukas while his parents went to see the Legend of Narnia. Mormor said that even if he did cry a bit he behaved like a little Casanova. He now enjoys the big kisses and drools happily back in return.
Pappa/Daddy carries Lukas in his Babybjorn everywhere now. Inside and outside, being carried is something our little boy craves now!
